The task of installation is exclusively assigned to the in-house Jointer personnel either from the manufacturing entity itself or the affiliated construction division of the said Manufacturer.
The Manufacturer of Jointing and Termination holds the sole responsibility for both product quality and installation.
A 5-year warranty is provided for new cable installations, and a 3-year warranty for existing cables, covering both materials and installation.
The report on work outcomes is presented in the form of a Certificate of Job Completion (BAPP – Berita Acara Penyelesaian Pekerjaan).
